Our Platinum Package is designed for investors who want to take their vacation rental business to the next level. For a 25% management fee and a downpayment of $1999 per unit, we offer all the perks of our Gold Package, plus the following:

A Feast

  • Premium listing optimization and professional photography, as well as a custom property description to showcase your property's unique features and amenities.

  • Welcome amenities for your guests (such as wine or snacks) to provide a warm and personalized welcome experience.

Makeup Store

  • Bi-weekly supply restocking and replacement.

  • Interior design consultation and recommendations to ensure your property is beautifully decorated and furnished for optimal rental potential.

Solar Operations

  • Monthly interior inspections to ensure your property is in top condition and make necessary recommendations to investors for improvements that can boost guest experience and profits.
